This form is for registering for the Spring to Life Fair & Feast 2024 to be held April 20 at UUFSD. Registration is not required but helps us plan quantities of food and water.
(Optional) We are asking adults to bring their favorite beverage with some to share as a way to cut costs. We will provide water in bottles and cans.
Children must be accompanied by at least one adult. They will have pizza and events in the library, including a movie.
